1. General Terms

a. Any online services or information that Job-World Recruitment Limited makes available through the Website (the Service) is provided “as in” and on an “as available” basis and accepts no liability for any disruption or non-availability of the Website and any losses arising out of events beyond our reasonable control. Job-World Recruitment Limited is under no obligation to update information on the Website.

b. Whilst Job-World Recruitment Limited uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Website is secure and free of errors, viruses and other malware, we give no guaranty in that regards and all Users take responsibility for their own security, that of their personal details and their computers.

c. Job-World Recruitment Limited reserves the right to alter, suspend or discontinue any part (or the whole of) the Website including, but not limited to, any products and/or services available. These terms and conditions shall continue to apply to any modified version of the Website unless it is expressly stated otherwise.

d. The information and services available on the site are provided for the sole purpose of individuals looking for employment opportunities and for employers seeking to recruit staff. Any postings, materials or other items on the Website which it believes may be illegal or which it determines to be inappropriate will be removed.

e. Candidates and Recruiters need to be aware that Job-World Recruitment Limited do not introduce or supply Candidates to Recruiters (or vice vera). It is recommended that, if you are a Candidate to ensure your suitability for the role advertised or, if you are a Recruiter, to ensure a job-seeker’s suitability for the role and undertake the steps set out in The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003.

f. Your personal data will be collected and processes by Job-World Recruitment Limited in accordance with its privacy policy. You hereby agree to these terms in our privacy policy by your agreement to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

g. Any notices from us to you, shall be sent by email or first-class post to, in your case, the last address that you provided us, and in our case, our registered office.

h. Please note that all calls may be recorded for staff training purposes.

2. Terms for Candidates

a. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any CV or material contained therein placed by you on the Job-World Recruitment websites. You should be aware that you may be contacted directly by Recruiters by email, post or telephone.

b. We do not guarantee that by subscribing to an enhance profile you will secure a job. This is simply a tool that will enhance your visibility to Recruiters and employers and enable you to apply to jobs by email sooner.

c. By registering your CV on Job-World you agree that we may also store and show your CV and profile details, to recruiters.

3. Terms for Recruiters

a. On receipt by us of your submitted information through our on-line form, email or telephone agreement you will be deemed to have accepted all these terms and conditions and will be granted access (subject to receiving payment) to our database in accordance with these terms and conditions. You also agree that all the information you supply to us is correct and truthful. You agree to inform us of any changes to any of the information supplied by you to us. We reserve the right to terminate the agreement in the event that any of the information provided by you to us, is no longer current or accurate or in the event you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

b. We do not guarantee any response to your advertisement or that responses will be from individuals suitable for the job advertised. It is your responsibility to carry out such checks and procedures as are necessary to ensure that Candidates are suitable for the job advertised and have the required qualifications and personal characteristics.

c. The job title should be specific and be the best description for the role and presented as clearly and informatively as possible. The vacancy should accurately describe the role and not mislead the Candidate.

d. Any advertisements which discriminate (or appear to discriminate) on grounds of sex, race, age or disability are illegal and may result in proceedings being taken against the advertiser.

4. Payment Terms:

a. You shall be charged in accordance with the pricing listed in a separate agreement or insertion order between you and Job-World Recruitment Limited.

b. You agree to pay the entire balance (in pounds sterling) of your account prior to the commencement of the service. You agree that payments will be made by credit/debit card or bank transfer.

c. You agree that we may alter subscription rates without notifying you of such changes, although any changes will not come into effect until the end of your Fixes Term. If you do not wish to continue this agreement with the altered rates, you may terminate the agreement at the end of your Fixed Term.

d. All prices exclude VAT.

e.   Terms and conditions of this agreement will continue unless terminated by you or us.

f. This Agreement will be governed by and interpreted according to the law of England and Wales. All disputes arising under the Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
